Product Introduction
Refractory spraying castable is a high-performance refractory material designed by Rongsheng Kiln Refractory Material Co., Ltd. for high-temperature environments. It uses sol as the main binder, has low impurity content (such as Fe2O3, CaO, Na2O and K2O, etc.), excellent medium and high temperature refractory performance and good volume stability. The rebound rate of this material during construction is low, about half of that of ordinary spray coatings. It is very effective in repairing refractory linings and can be seamlessly combined with the original lining. The drying time of refractory spraying castable is about half of that of ordinary castables, which greatly shortens the construction period. The construction equipment of this material can meet the use requirements with a slight adjustment on the basis of ordinary spraying machines, which is convenient for continuous spraying and pouring, and the construction quality is less affected by human factors. The average construction speed of a single set of construction equipment reaches 2~3 cubic meters per hour, and it is easy to set non-penetrating labyrinth expansion joints.
