Product Introduction
Al2O3-C refractory ramming material is a high-performance refractory material developed by Rongsheng Kiln Refractory Co., Ltd. for high-temperature process requirements. The aggregate of this product is mainly composed of corundum, sintered alumina, sintered bauxite clinker and clay clinker, and the carbon component is asphalt, coke powder, petroleum coke, carbon particles and graphite. Among them, the amount of carbon component is adjusted according to the specific use requirements to meet the needs of different environments. In order to improve the construction performance and ensure the volume stability of the lining during use, binding clay is added to the product, and different addition methods are used to optimize the effect. The binder can be an organic binder, an inorganic binder or both. Common inorganic binders include phosphoric acid, phosphates, silicates and sulfates. In order to improve slag resistance and oxidation resistance, we hydrophilize the graphite using a variety of methods such as surfactant hydrophilization treatment and sol-gel coating technology. In addition, mixing the wetting agent with graphite and extruding or granulating it can also effectively reduce the water demand.
