Product Introduction
Magnesia-alumina bricks are one of the main products of Rongsheng Kiln Refractory Materials Co., Ltd. They are divided into three types: ordinary magnesia-alumina bricks, magnesia-alumina spinel bricks and modified magnesia-alumina spinel bricks. Its main raw materials include high-alumina bauxite clinker, sintered magnesia and high-purity pre-synthesized magnesia-aluminum spinel. The magnesia-alumina spinel mineral phase generated by magnesia-alumina bricks at high temperatures has good thermal expansion homogeneity and a small thermal expansion coefficient, which significantly improves its thermal shock stability and thermomechanical properties. Ordinary magnesia-alumina bricks are widely used in steel-making open-hearth furnaces, electric furnaces, glass kilns, refractory product firing tunnel kilns and shuttle kilns, etc. Magnesia-alumina spinel bricks are particularly suitable for high-temperature equipment such as transition zones of cement rotary kilns, lime kilns, glass kilns and refining devices outside the furnace due to their excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation-reduction resistance and high-temperature volume stability. Modified magnesia-alumina spinel bricks are developed for the cement rotary kiln firing zone, which significantly improves its resistance to alkali steam and cement clinker liquid phase permeability, improves its ability to resist mechanical stress, and solves the problem of traditional magnesia-alumina bricks in the firing zone. In tape-forming applications, problems of tissue embrittlement and structural spalling are prone to occur. Generally speaking, magnesia-alumina bricks are widely used in various high-temperature kiln equipment due to their stable chemical composition, various configurations and excellent performance, demonstrating their excellent quality and reliability in high-temperature environments.
Advantages and features
1. Excellent thermal shock stability: The magnesium-aluminum spinel mineral phase has good thermal expansion homogeneity and a small thermal expansion coefficient;
2. Excellent high-temperature volume stability: Magnesia-alumina spinel bricks maintain a stable volume structure in high-temperature environments;
