Product Introduction
Magnesium dolomite bricks are made of dolomite as the main raw material and contain a high proportion of calcium oxide (CaO) and magnesium oxide (MgO). They are alkaline refractory materials. Its composition ratio is 40% to 60% CaO and 30% to 40% MgO. It has excellent properties of high temperature resistance and resistance to alkaline slag erosion, especially in the lining of AOD furnaces in stainless steel production. In addition, magnesia dolomite bricks are also widely used in high-temperature equipment such as refining furnaces and waste incinerators. Compared with traditional magnesia-chrome bricks, magnesia dolomite bricks have better corrosion resistance and spalling resistance. Stainless steel refining systems have been widely used in foreign countries such as the United States, Japan and Europe, and unburned magnesia-calcium carbon bricks and magnesium dolomite bricks have gradually replaced magnesia-chrome bricks. The domestic market has developed rapidly in recent years and has become comparable to international products. For the first time, the service life of some products has exceeded that of imported bricks, demonstrating significant economic benefits and technical advantages. Magnesium dolomite bricks are suitable for various high-temperature and highly corrosive environments to ensure long-term stable operation, reduce maintenance costs, and improve equipment performance.
Advantages and features
1. Excellent high temperature resistance: Magnesium dolomite bricks have a high proportion of calcium oxide (CaO, 40%-60%) and magnesium oxide (MgO, 30%-40%), and can remain stable in high temperature environments. 2. Resistance to alkaline slag erosion: It has strong resistance to alkaline slag erosion, especially suitable for highly corrosive environments, is not easy to damage, and extends the service life of equipment. 3. Excellent anti-stripping performance: Excellent anti-stripping performance at high temperatures can reduce the need for frequent maintenance and replacement, and reduce costs. 4. Replacement of traditional refractory materials: Magnesium dolomite bricks have excellent performance in the AOD furnace lining in stainless steel production, gradually replacing traditional magnesia-chrome bricks, and have better corrosion resistance. 5. Widely used around the world: It has been widely used in stainless steel refining systems in the United States, Japan, Europe and other countries, showing international standards.
Application Scenario
1. Stainless steel production: widely used in AOD furnace lining, improving production efficiency and enhancing equipment durability. 2. Refining furnace: suitable for various refining furnaces, ensuring long-term and efficient operation. 3. Waste incinerator: excellent performance in high temperature and high corrosion environment, ensuring long equipment life.
