Product Introduction
Non-stick aluminum castable is a high-performance refractory material, which is made of high-purity raw materials and ultra-fine powder, and has high bulk density, high strength and good thermal shock stability. By adding an appropriate amount of non-wetting agent, such as high-purity chromium oxide, composite barium salt, composite zinc salt, etc., the wettability of aluminum and its alloys and slag to the refractory material is effectively reduced, and the corrosion resistance and erosion resistance of the refractory material to aluminum liquid containing chemical components such as salt and flux are enhanced. It also has the function of non-sticking aluminum and non-sticking slag, which prolongs the service life of the furnace lining. Non-stick aluminum castable is very suitable for high-temperature environments such as melting furnaces, static furnaces, launders and aluminum ladle linings. Its technical performance indicators include: Al2O3 content between 65% and 75%, volume density between 2.4 and 2.75 g/cm³, compressive strength of 40-45 MPa at 110℃×24 hours, 45-55 MPa at 1300℃×16 hours, flexural strength of 12-15 MPa at 110℃×24 hours, 14-18 MPa at 1300℃×16 hours, and linear change rate of ±0.1% at 1300℃×3 hours. These characteristics make the non-stick aluminum castable show excellent properties such as high strength, high wear resistance, impact resistance and anti-stripping in the use parts such as furnace doors, furnace door frames, slag slopes and feed ports.
