Product Introduction
Silicon carbide ramming mass is a refractory material with excellent chemical stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance and erosion resistance. Its high thermal conductivity enables it to effectively conduct heat in various high temperature environments to ensure the thermal efficiency of the equipment. Silicon carbide ramming mass is divided into two main models: SC30 and SC50, each of which has different SiC content and physical and chemical properties. The SiC content of the SC30 model is ≥30%, while the SiC content of the SC50 model is ≥50%. The volume density of the products is ≥2.5 g/cm³ and ≥2.6 g/cm³ respectively, and the apparent porosity is ≤18%. In terms of compressive strength at room temperature, the two models are ≥60 MPa and ≥80 MPa respectively under the conditions of 110℃×24 hours, and ≥100 MPa and ≥120 MPa respectively under the conditions of 1100℃×3 hours. The permanent linear change rate after heating is ±0.3% and ±0.2% respectively at 1400℃×3 hours. In addition, the product also has excellent wear resistance, with the wear resistance of the SC30 model ≤6 cm³ and the wear resistance of the SC50 model ≤4 cm³. Due to its excellent performance indicators, silicon carbide ramming materials are widely used in high-temperature equipment in the power, metallurgy, chemical and other industries, and can provide long-lasting durability and safety under extreme conditions.
